Cavities refer to tooth decay. Cavities are the result of bacteria live in our mouths or having a diet rich in sugar and starch. These construct up on the teeth as a sticky layer called plaque. It leads to tooth decay due to the fact that it gets away the outer layer of tooth enamel. It is escapable with the help of a dentist or with the reduction of stress.

Genetics: Frequently, many people have problems with tooth decay, thanks to genetics. Same as you inherit the colour of your skin, your features and hair from your family, you also receive deep tooth crevices and enamel issues, which lead to cavities.
