Ambulances will be provided to the corporate at cost to cost and on priority basis. |
Service Provided
1). Providing part-time doctor on site:
Prevention is better than cure, since the working conditions of corporate and MNC’s are long and stressful, employees can get themselves treated onsite, which is time saving and convenient. The facilities under this umbrella are as below.
We send doctors to premises of corporate and MNC’s as per requirement of the company concerned. Somewhere they are going 3 times a week and at other places it is on daily basis. The corporate where our Doctors visiting are: -

Samples are collected and medicines are delivered onsite, wiping off their anxiety and saving time.
An employee in a nuclear family or whose work place is far away from home is agonized and feels completely helpless when either of his family suffers an emergency.
When such a catastrophe occurs “WE ARE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY!” The employee’s family is taken care of, offering whatever necessary medical attention and the same is reported back.
We provide 24 hrs free help line, where the Doctor himself attends to the calls, solving 70-80% problems telephonically.
Employees who need specialist consultation are guided accordingly; appointments are fixed with the specialists as per the time suitable to the employee.
For the things not covered under medical insurance, we issue Privilege cards to all team members, which is a DISCOUNT CARD for OPD, INVESTIGATIONS, HOME VISITS etc.
We are empanelled with all insurance companies and TPAs, so the employees will enjoy all facilities of cashless hospitalization for medical ailments covered under insurance. For those diseases, which are not covered under insurance, like Dental problems, shall also be treated at discounted rates.
An ambulance will be sent immediately if an employee falls sick on the premises of the workplace.
Health Promotion Seminars and Workshops in the workplace. These seminars and workshops will deal with vibrant topics such as Posture Care, Accidental Emergencies, Medical Emergencies like CPR, First Aid, etc.
We believe in prevention rather than cure, so being proactive, we keep on mailing Medical Bulletins every 15 days so as to update all the team members of the health needs.
We would like to build a relationship in which the team members can rely on us for all their health needs. Our sole aim is to provide the employee mental satisfaction and stress less working conditions and helping the organization in saving an undue wastage of innumerous manhours.
2)Pre Employment medical check-up:
The motive of doing pre-employment medical check up is to properly screen the person medically. Sometimes a new joiner is himself not aware of a pre-existing medical problem. By doing a medical checkup, the joiner is made aware of so that he/she can take care of that specific problem and is not a burden for the organization.
3) ANNUAL MEDICAL CHECK UP:
We are doing Annual Medical check- up on site, by categorizing the team member taking into consideration the Surroundings / Environment of work place, working Hrs. per-day & number of years of working, and the
kind of job one is doing. The Family & past History is also taken into consideration. On the basis of Base Line Tests and above factors, further investigations are carried out. The past annual medical records are also compared and final analysis is made. The team member is advised to take care of his/ her health accordingly.
4) EXECUTIVE HEALTH PACKAGE:
We have designed a Health Package for executives only, taking in to consideration their job profile and routine life style. Since they are subjected to more of the mental stress and fatigue due to their long and continuous working hours, they are very much prone to high Blood Pressure and cardiac ailments etc. It is highly recommended for the executives of thirty years of age and above to undergo the tests, atleast once in two years as a preventive measure to keep up their health.
5) TAKING CARE OF EMERGENCIES:
We are one of the best-equipped hospitals to take care of emergencies and especially Trauma cases. We have Two Ambulances And Trauma Team, which include Orthopaedician, Neuro Surgeon, Spine Specialist, General Surgeon. We have two fully equipped state of the Art operation theatres to handle all kinds of emergencies.
We provide cashless treatment to insured personnel through TPA (Third Party Administrator). We are approved by all TPA’s and insurance companies.
Note:-To avoid undue harassment to the patients, we start the treatment of patient straight away without making him wait for the approval of authorization letter from TPA.
