Facilities for new born child care:

• Surfactant Therapy:-First time surfactant in Pvt. Sector was given at CMC
• Peritoneal dialysis
• Exchange Transfusion (Single and Double Volume)
• Artificial Respiration

Extra clean environment in Nursery provided by ozonated air which provides extra gap protection to delicate newborns / premature where death from infection and septicemia is significant.

PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit):

PICU is a new concept in private sector. It is a part of ICU for treatment of all serious childhood illness (Severe Pneuminia, Asthma, Seizures, Head Injury, Renal Failure, etc.). Pediatric Nephrology services (First time in North India in Pvt.sector)

PICU is equipped with:

• Cardiac Monitors
• Ventilator
• Defibrillators
• Pulse Oxymeters
• Central Oxygen supply

OPD FACILITIES:

• Growth and development monitoring at Well Baby Clinics
• Follow up of sick newborns.
• All Chronic childhood illness like epilepsy, mental retardation, Asthma, Nephrotic Syndrome, Behavioural problems.

PEDIATRIC SURGERY:

• New born with Congential malformations e.g. Imperforate anus, Tracheo-esophageal, fistula, club foot, congential dislocation hip etc.
• Shunt Surgery for hydrocephalus
• Pediatric Surgery for GIT eg intussuception, perforation, hernia etc.
• Circumscision, Urology surgery for hypospodias, posterior urethral values, orchidopexy etc.
• Kasais procedure for Biliary atresia
• Neurosurgery for meningomyelocele, meningocele
